Looking back on the 40th Anniversary Celebration of STAT MedEvac, we can’t thank everyone enough who shared in this wonderful event. Over 200 former and current staff, physicians, nurses, comm specs and honored guests and their significant others were in attendance at Acrisure Stadium on Friday, November 8th, to celebrate together. While it was lovely to take a walk down memory lane, the night was also about fundraising for the Pittsburgh Emergency Medicine Foundation.
Thanks to everyone who attended, the sponsors and the committee of volunteers who worked on this event over the last few months. Beth Wolfe, Executive Director of PEMF, was filled with gratitude, “We’re very appreciative of the funds that were raised to continue PEMF’s ability to support research in the emergency medicine specialty. STAT MedEvac and PEMF have partnered numerous times over the years and we were proud to host and coordinate their 40th anniversary.
